If you have issues on your property that may be borderline public areas, sidewalks that need repair and walkway who’s lights are out, a dead animal on your street; make sure that the county is handling these issues and that you are not inadvertently paying for public property. You will probably need to deal with a different state department for each issue you face, but you shouldn’t have to care for public property.
